Special note
1. The pot liner is not coated, so it is inevitable that it will not stick to the bottom of the pot at all. Especially when stir frying, a “slightly burnt pot” cooking effect has been specially designed to ensure the flavor of the stir fry. Due to the medium temperature cooking, it generally does not stick. Use a shovel to patiently stir in one direction a few more times, and the sauce stuck to the bottom of the pot will melt into the dish, resulting in a better taste;
2. Stewed rice without a “baguo” is a local dialect that describes a situation where it cannot be guaranteed to be completely non sticky, but can achieve the effect of being “non sticky” and can be removed with a shovel. It would be better to use an iron shovel or a metal shovel for the shovel here.
3. The anti sticking function of this product can prevent severe burning and bitter taste, but it cannot guarantee that it will not stick at all, and there may even be a slight burning phenomenon, which is a normal phenomenon;
