1. Returns

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or downloadable software products

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@gibe.xyz with a photo and description of the issue.


6. Shipping Returns
